Graduate in Law and in International Relations (bachelor's and master's degrees) from the University of Warsaw. He has taken part in numerous national and international academic conferences in law, political science and international relations. Author of academic publications on the activities and accountability of private military and security companies and on the protection of the natural environment during armed conflict. His research interests include international humanitarian law, international criminal law, international responsibility, international security and critical geopolitics.
