Brief description of the task

The „Akademia Zarządzania NGO” (NGO Management Academy) project is a systemic intervention strengthening the institutional capacity of the third sector, implemented under Priority 4 of the NOWEFIO programme. Its aim is the professionalisation of 120 leaders of non-governmental organisations from all over Poland through the „Ekspert Publiczny” (Public Expert) training cycle covering legal and financial, Government Relations and technology modules. The second pillar of the project is the digital transformation of 20 organisations: a procedural and digital audit concluded with the implementation of the „AI-Toolbox” tool set. The results of the project will be disseminated as the e-book „Kompendium Praktyki: NGO w relacji z Państwem” published under a free licence and as a freely available knowledge platform.
